Shot today keeps the Flu away

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --  Flu season is among us and the 36th Medical Group is ready to take a shot at keeping Andersen Air Force Base healthy.

"Coming in now is highly encouraged to make sure everyone receives the shot," Tech. Sgt. Dannie Jamerson, 36th Medical Group aerospace medical technician.

Vaccinations will be given in conjunction the upcoming commanders' call on Aug. 23. The 36th Medical Group Immunizations clinic is now open to begin administering flu vaccinations.

The clinic hours of operation are Monday to Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. For more information contact the immunizations clinic at 366-8220.
