The grand opening for the United States Air Force ServMart was held here July 26.

The ServMart carries more than 800 products including more than 485 environmentally-friendly products, making it easy for government organizations to meet their mandatory purchasing requirements.

ServMart carries many products needed to fulfill Andersen's mission.

"General Services Administration's prices are competitive and their products are readily available," said Brandy Untalan, GSA customer services director for the Asia Pacific Region. "We are able to provide military organizations with supplies to complete mission requirements that are in compliance with the Trade Act Agreement and Buy American Act."

Along with helping save tax-payer dollars, GSA paired with the National Institute for Significantly Handicapped, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating employment opportunities for people with significant disabilities.

"Both NISH and GSA bring powerful and unique capabilities to the program," said Lt. Col. Robert Burns, 36th Mission Support Group deputy commander. "We look forward to working with the team to provide all base supply store requirements on time and at the most competitive prices."

The ServMart is a one-stop shop for mandatory supplies that contributes to the success of government organizations who purchase for them.

The ServMart is available to military or federal agency personnel
in support of official duties to carry out mission requirements. Store hours are from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
