Approximately 42 Airmen from Team Andersen volunteered at the Salvation Army in Barrigada, Guam, on Dec. 19, 2012.

The volunteers passed out toys to more than 2,000 disadvantaged children.

"The event was organized by the Salvation Army," said Senior Master Sgt. Michael Schuck, Andersen's Top Three president and wing weapons manager deployed to the 36th Maintenance Group. "The event was titled 'Santa's Toy Shop Distribution' and we, as the Top Three, were more than happy to donate to this cause."

The Andersen Top Three raised more than $1,000 in toys for the event and donated $300 to buy toys. Donations totaled at approximately 10,000 toys for children up to 17 years of age.

"It really meant something for those of us who donated," said Sergeant Schuck. "Every child should have a present to open on Christmas morning."
