ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- On April 4, 2024, U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David Allvin, U.S. Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force David Flosi and U.S. Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall visited Tinian and learned how the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineering Group is implementing change to further agile combat employment and how relationships with neighboring islands are paramount to the Air Force’s future success in Great Power Competition. They also learned what challenges were faced in revitalizing the airfield as they highlighted exceptional members of the 513th ECEG.
