ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- On April 16, 2024, the 356th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Group performed their assumption of command program. This ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from one commander to a new commander. The new commander of the 356th ECEG is Col. Timothy Grady. Grady received his commission from the United States Air Force Academy in 2003, and served twelve years on active duty before joining the Air National Guard in 2015. He also was the commander of the 121st Mission Support Group for the 121st Air Refueling Wing at Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base, Ohio.
