ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- German Minister of Defense Annegret Kramp-Karrenbauer visited Airmen at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, May 28, 2021. During her visit, she toured military facilities, met with U.S. service members and received a brief on Agile Combat Employment concepts conducted by the 36th Contingency Response Group at Northwest Field. ACE is the new warfighting concept that U.S. Pacific Air Forces is operationalizing to ensure agility, deterrence, and resiliency in a contested or degraded environment. The ACE concept also involves teaching personnel how to complete tasks outside of their assigned Air Force Specialty Code.
