On Jan.25, pilots from the 393rd Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, deployed here with their B-2 Spirit stealth bomber from Whiteman Air Force Base, Mo., met at hanger one to support a different kind of distinguished visitor tour.

That morning, 15 members of the Denver Broncos cheerleaders arrived at hanger one anxious to learn about the B-2 Spirit.

"I can't believe that we have the chance to tour an elite aircraft that so many military personnel haven't even had a chance to see," said Kelly Troester, Denver Broncos cheerleaders' manager.

After touring the Air Force's multi-role heavy bomber, the cheerleaders were impressed by its technology.

"I am fascinated by B-2's technology," said Keela Harris, a Denver Broncos cheerleader. "The fact that an individual developed all that encompasses this aircraft is beyond my scope of understanding."

This is the 6th Armed Forces Entertainment tour the cheerleaders have done and to some, it is the most rewarding.

"This tour is different because it has had more to do with the families," Ms. Harris said.

"Our intention is to bring Denver over-seas, gain awareness of the war we are fighting and learn more about what Airmen do because we realize there is a price for life and others are paying for it."

Not only were the cheerleaders able to learn about what Airmen do but Andersen Airmen gained the opportunity to exchange ideas with some of the National Football League's most elite entertainers.

"The best part about the Denver Broncos cheerleaders visit here was getting to talk with them, trade stories and learn about their different backgrounds," said Capt. John Blasé, 393rd EBS

While at Andersen, the cheerleaders performed at the Coral Reef Fitness and Sports Center, ate at the Magellen Inn, taught a cheerleading camp at the youth center as well as supported other public appearances on Guam.
