554th RED HORSE Airmen pave the way for Silver Flag Published Sept. 19, 2013 By Senior Airman Marianique Santos 36th Wing Public Affairs ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Airmen from the 554th RED HORSE Squadron construct a mock runway at Northwest Field, Guam, in support of the Silver Flag migration here from Kadena Air Base, Japan. The mock runway will provide an area to train and evaluate tasks involving operations of emergency airfield lighting systems, airfield marking, mobile aircraft arresting systems and airfield damage after attack survey.
