Team Andersen honors 24th anniversary of 9/11

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --

Team Andersen participated in a 9/11 Memorial Ruck at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Sept. 11, 2025.

On Sept. 11, 2001, nearly 3,000 people were killed when terrorists hijacked four commercial aircraft. Two planes were flown into the World Trade Center in New York City, a third struck the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia, and a fourth crashed in a Pennsylvania field after passengers attempted to retake control. The ruck march honors the lives lost, the first responders who rushed to help and the service members who responded in the aftermath.
