Expeditionary maintainers keep F-15E Strike Eagles in flight Published Aug. 14, 2008 By Airman 1st Class Cory Todd 36th Wing Public Affairs ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- The 389th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron from Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, performs phase inspections on an F-15E Strike Eagle. Several maintenance sections work together to ensure the F-15E is in tip-top shape. The inspections are equivalent to miniature overhauls and are required after every 400 flight hours.
