ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - The 181,000 square feet shopping complex undergoes some last minute construction before the grand opening Sept. 10 at 9 a.m. here. Inside, the BX offers six eateries: Charley's Sub, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Subway, Pizza Hut and Baskin Robins. The facility seats around 200 hundred people.
