ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam—Col. Theodore Corallo, 36th Contingency Response Group commander, gives the guidon to Lt. Col. Michael Black, 36th Mobility Response Squadron commander, to show change in command of the 36th MRS at the Sunrise Conference Center here, Sep. 7.
