Andersens Best: Staff Sgt. Joseph Hale Published Jan. 25, 2012 By Staff Sgt. Alexnadre Montes 36th Public Affairs ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Staff Sgt. Joseph Hale, 36th Munitions Squadron, was awarded Team Andersen's Best here, Jan. 5. Sergeant Hale led eight personnel during a 100 percent Depot team inspection on 268 Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile missiles worth $224.3 million. With his leadership, the inspection was completed in five days with zero mishaps. Sergeant Hale received numerous accolades from the Depot team for his outstanding performance. Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing.
