Team Andersen’s Best: Tech. Sgt. Kenner Sagorsor Published April 6, 2012 By Senior Airman Carlin Leslie 36th Wing Public Affairs ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Tech. Sgt. Kenner Sagorsor, 36th Operations Group resource advisor, was awarded Team Andersen's Best March 29. "Sergeant Sagorsor goes above and beyond every day and although he is the junior member on our staff, he is not afraid to lead or tackle any challenge," said Chief Master Sgt. James Slisik, 36 OG superintendent. "He steps outside his comfort zone, learns new skills and applies them to his daily duties." Sergeant Sagorsor is a hard charger that when given a task, jumps on it and gets the ball rolling, said his leadership. "He is also a physical fitness-charged Airman, receiving a 98 percent on his physical training test and coming within the 90 at 90 challenge Brig. Gen. John Doucette, 36th Wing commander, has been encouraging everyone to achieve," continued the chief. Sergeant Sagorsor typically leads the 36 OG staff in the Andersen 360 fitness challenge by being the only staff member to complete the 360 laps swimming, 120-mile bike ride and 60-mile run challenge, four times. Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing. Each week, supervisors nominate a member of their team for outstanding performance and the wing commander presents the selected Airman/civilian with an award. To nominate your Airmen/civilian for Andersen's Best, contact your unit chief or superintendent explaining their accomplishments.
