Justin Leon Guerrero, 36th Security Forces Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of the visitor control center, was awarded Team Andersen's Best, here, Nov. 15. "Sergeant Guerrero provides exceptional customer service at the VCC for contractors and visitors," said James Trefurt, 36th SFS chief of planning and programs. "He provides services to more than 400 individuals requiring access to the installation on a daily basis and helps contractors efficiently access the base." Sergeant Guerrero recently represented Guam in a Jiu-Jitsu martial arts competition, and also enjoys spending time with his family. Team Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing. Each week, supervisors nominate a member of their team for outstanding performance and the wing commander presents the selected Airman or civilian with an award.
