Andersen AFB Water System Consumer Confidence Report Published June 21, 2022 ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Andersen Air Force Base's drinking water is safe to drink and is in compliance with all federal and local regulations, officials announced recently in the 2021 Annual Drinking Water Quality report. For the year 2021, the Andersen Air Force Base Water System met all primary drinking water quality standards and did not exceed any Maximum Contaminant Level or any other water quality standards. All safe drinking water reports, along with supporting laboratory reports were submitted on time as required by the Guam Environmental Protection Agency. Under the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Consumer Confidence Reporting Rule of the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, the base bioenvironmental engineering office is required to annually summarize water analytical test results from the previous year and make the summary report available to all water consumers. How Can You Report a Water Quality Complaint? Should you notice that your (on-base sourced) water is discolored, has an unusual taste, or if you have any concerns about your drinking water, please contact Bioenvironmental Engineering at (671) 366-7166. Arrangements can be made to have your water sampled and analyzed to ensure that it is safe to drink. How Can You Obtain Additional Information?
