36th Communications Squadron Airman drowns on Guam Published Dec. 26, 2017 By 36th Wing Public Affairs ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- An active-duty Airman from the 36th Communications Squadron here drowned at Tanguisson Beach Dec. 25, near Dededo, Guam. Senior Airman Paul Jacob T. Jose, 23, from San Jose, California, lost his life in the tragedy. “This is a terrible loss,” said Brig. Gen. Douglas Cox, 36th Wing commander. “Our condolences, thoughts, and prayers are with the family of Senior Airman Jose particularly during this holiday season.
