Team Andersen Linebackers

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Davicka Sanitago, noncommissioned officer in charge of Commander Support Staff for the 36th Munitions Squadron, receives Linebacker of the Week recognition by the 36th Wing Command Team on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 17, 2025. As the squadron’s A1 policy subject matter expert, Santiago managed personnel records for over 150 Airmen in her unit, resulting in zero discrepancies during annual audits and ensured 100% of upgrade milestones were met. Finally, she used forward-thinking initiatives and knowledge from her Business Administration studies to modernize record-keeping with digital tools, accelerate Airmen development and setting 36 MUNS up for long term success.
