The family came to Guam to visit the B-29 "Colleen" crash site located in the jungles below the overlook. This crash site would be where Capt. Carl Bauer, Liz's uncle, perished in a tragedy involving engine troubles and bad weather. 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the accident, Liz decided it was her turn to make the journey, following in the footsteps of other family members who have visited in past years. What if my Military ID Card is expired or going to expire?
- Provide Visitor Control Center (VCC) staff with Confiscated ID Card Memorandum
- Schedule appointment through the https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/ link and present proof to VCC staff to obtain temporary pass
- Visit the https://myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil/identitymanagement/app/login to print off a family roster or DD Form 1172
- Bring two (02) forms of ID & Confiscated ID Card Memorandum to the scheduled appointment
