USS Illinois welcomes Adm. Richard

Admiral Chas Richard, Commander, United States Strategic Command, shakes hands with Chief Warrant Officer Barron Brooks following a tour of the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Illinois (SSN 786). Richard visited commands on Guam to see how they fit into the USSTRATCOM mission of deterring strategic attack and employing forces, as directed, to guarantee the security of the nation and its allies.
