EOD trains Airmen to use ground burst simulators and smoke grenades
An Airman from the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron Explosive Ordnance Disposal flight piles used smoke grenades after a training exercise, Aug. 26, 2013, on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Training with the explosives provides users with necessary knowledge to utilize ground burst simulators and smoke grenades correctly and safely, giving them a sense of reality and comfort before each base exercise.
