Aviation Training Relocation
A 14th Fighter Squadron F-16 Fighting Falcon pilot from Misawa Air Base, Japan, begins takeoff as a part of a training mission on Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 29, 2013. Andersen has operated as a host base for the Aviation Training Relocation program since 2011, when it was selected by a joint Japan-U.S. committee due to the limited flying regulations and close proximity to local populations in Japan.(U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Mariah Haddenham/Released)
