B-52 Stratofortress bomber Expeditionary Bomb Squadron Andersen AFB Guam
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --Lt. Col. Patrick Matthews, commander of the 96th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron, sits in a B-52 instructor navigator seat during a local training mission. Being a navigator on the B-52 is great, says Col. Matthews, who is able to give hands on training to the next generation of B-52 navigators. Members of the 96th EBS aircrew can take advantage of many unique training opportunities here at Andersen AFB because of the continuous bomber presence. The 96th EBS is deployed here from Barksdale AFB, La. (U.S. Air Force Photo By Staff Sgt. Vanessa Valentine)
