ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Lt. Col. Richard Mathews, 36th Civil Engineer Squadron commander, suits up into mission oriented protective posture 4 gear in under 14 minutes during a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and (high-yield) explosives training course in conjunction with a 36th CES field training exercise at Andersen South training facility June 3.
