Global Hawk facility opens, increases base capabilities
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Leonard Kaae, Black Construction senior vice president and general manager, describes the efforts contractors dedicated to the Global Hawk facility construction project during a ribbon cutting ceremony June 12.
