Global Hawk facility opens, increases base capabilities
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Brig. Gen. Phil Ruhlman, 36th Wing commander, praises the efforts of the Airmen, Sailors, civilians and contractors June 12 for their role in constructing Hangar 6 a reality. Black Construction lead the 20-month construction project in which employees spent more than 486,000 man-hours without time lost due to an accident.
