EOD MEMORIAL
After more than one month and 250 man-hours, the memorial built by members of the 554 Red Horse Squadron here and Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobil Unit 5 is complete. The memorial was created to honor of Navy EOD Technician 1st Class Louis Souffront who was killed by an improvised explosive device during Operation Iraqi Freedom in February of 2008.
