Chief Master Sergeant William K. Lepionka

Chief Master Sergeant William K. Lepionka is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 36th Contingency Response Group, Andersen AFB, Guam. He is responsible to the Commander for leading nearly 500 cross-functional Airmen in 52 Air Force specialties across five squadrons. In this capacity, he provides PACAF with first response teams for diverse air mobility and combat missions to include agile combat employment, contingency, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, POTUS support, and homeland defense operations. These hybrid Airmen and response teams provide air base opening, air base defense, air advising, expeditionary communications, and rapid deployable heavy construction capabilities theater-wide.
Chief Lepionka entered the Air Force in October 2001. He graduated from the Security Forces Technical School at Lackland AFB, Texas, in May 2002. His background includes various roles throughout the Security Forces enterprise, including serving as Phoenix Raven Program Manager, Protective Services Agent, Flight Chief, Logistics Superintendent, Operations Superintendent, and Senior Enlisted Leader. His assignments include bases located in Texas, Türkiye, Florida, Guam, England, and Germany. He has deployed throughout 165 countries in support of seven named operations and data-masked missions. 
Prior to his current position, he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 36th Security Forces Squadron, Andersen AFB, Guam.
