Royal Australian Air Force and U.S. Air Force aeromedical evacuation crewmembers monitor a simulated patient’s vitals during an aeromedical evacuation exercise in a C-130 Hercules flying over the Pacific Ocean, Feb. 18, 2014 as part of Exercise Cope North 2014. Australian and U.S. medical crews worked together as one team to move simulated patients from site on Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, onto a C-130 Hercules and provided medical care for the duration of the flight back to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
