F-15 MXG Phase Maintenance
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Airman 1st Class Anthony Easterday, 389th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, performs maintenance on an F-15E Strike Eagle during its phase maintenance Aug. 14. A phase inspection is a group of maintenance squadron flights working together towards a common goal, which is the completion of the inspection, a phase inspection is a miniature overhaul for the aircraft that is performed every 400 flight hours.
