Military working dog competition

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Staff Sgts. Jose Meza and Casey Oullette, 36th Security Forces Squadron dog handlers, encourage their military working dogs "Big" Carlos and "Baby" Carlos to stop perpetrators Senior Airman Joel Congdon, a 36th SFS patrolman, and Staff Sgt. William Townsend, a 36th SFS dog handler, during a MWD competition here Feb. 2. In the scenario, Team Shake and Bake were forced to respond when the two suspects became uncooperative during a high-risk traffic stop.
