Andersen's Best: Senior Airman Jeremy Flint

Senior Airman Jeremy Flint, 36th Maintenance Squadron metals technology journeyman, was awarded Andersen's Best, Dec.1.

Airman Flint's maintenance expertise and adherence to the technical data has directly impacted the mission's capability of the aerospace ground equipment flight, repairing 46 damaged piece of AGE this past quarter.

"Airman Flint single-handedly holds down the metals technology shop here in the maintenance squadron at Andersen. Without him, the AGE flight would not be able to provide serviceable equipment to support the mission." said Tech. Sgt. Brian Marseglia, 36th MXS.

Not only does he give 100% while on duty, after duty he is working towards his Aviation Maintenance Technology degree, maintaining a 3.0 grade point average.

Airman Flint also supported 350 maintenance actions during the last B-52 deployment, influencing 163 sorties and 1154 flight hours.

Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing. Each week, supervisors nominate a member of their team for outstanding performance and the wing commander presents the selected Airman/Civilian with an award.
