Staff Sgt. Robert Blackburn, 36th Security Forces Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of the Jungle Enforcement Team, explains the process of the Jungle Patrol qualifying test Aug. 26, 2018, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
