Independence day ceremony welcomes newly naturalized citizens as Americans

The commander of Andersen Air Force Base's 36th Wing welcomed 24 new U.S. citizens during a naturalization ceremony July 2, here.

During the ceremony at Guam's U.S. District Court, Brig. Gen. Andrew Toth congratulated immigrants from the Federated States of Micronesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam on their new citizenship status and encouraged them to value their own heritage as they embrace their new home as Americans.
