Massage therapy is relaxing not only for the recipient but also for the therapist.
"I enjoy giving massages because it helps me mentally and physically help other people," said Ms. Montelya.

Massage therapy has many benefits said Ms. Montelya, among them, release of stress and tension in our bodies, she said.

"It also sooths and relaxes the nerves, relaxes the mind and body deeply, improves lymphatic drainage, improves circulation and increases blood flow, improves muscle tone, induces muscle tone and relieves pain that occurs with certain conditions."
Massage therapy is essential to any healthy lifestyle.

"I think it essential for everyone to get regular massage therapy because of all the benefits for your body it provides," said Ms. Montelya.

Massage therapy is an ongoing learning process. She continues to study massage therapy by taking advance courses for massage and esthetics, which is beauty treatments such as facials and manicures, from different countries.
