ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --  U.S. Air Force paramedics assigned to the 36th Medical Group and firefighters assigned to the 36th Civil Engineer Squadron assess a mannequin during a simulated suspicious package exercise as part of Citadel Pacific 2021 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, Oct. 6, 2021.
