Airmen assigned to the 154th Fighter Wing with the Hawaii Air National Guard perform simulated emergency field medical procedures during a combat readiness training during Operation Pacific Iron 2021, July 2021, at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. PACIRON 2021 is a U.S. Pacific Air Forces' operation to project forces into the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
