Team Andersen races homemade boats during Boat Blitz

ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --   Participants of the Boat Blitz raced homemade boats May 25 at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The Boat Blitz is a competition that challenges participants to create boats made entirely of plastic bottles and duct tape.
