New Travel Assistance Center Help Desk Procedures
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam --
As of April 1 the Defense Travel Management Office and the Air Force are allowing all Air Force travelers and users to contact the Travel Assistance Center/Help Desk for assistance with Defense Travel System issues.
They may contact the TAC either by the 1-888-HELP1GO (435-7146) number or via e-mail at dtmo@dtmo.pentagon.mil.
Problems and solutions are then worked directly, in-lieu of being a registered caller as was the past requirement. The effectiveness of this new program will be continually monitored.
This new procedure is just one of the initiatives being implemented to continually work toward reducing the DTS footprint at the base-level Financial Services Office.
