The 90th FS from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska just completed a 3-month deployment to Andersen as part of a theater security package. 90th Fighter Squadron completes deployment

F-22 Raptors from the 90th Fighter Squadron from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska line the Andersen Air Force Base Guam flightline on April 15. The 90th FS from Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska just completed a 3-month deployment to Andersen as part of a theater security package. The stealth-fighters, along with associated maintenance and support personnel participated in various exercises that provided routine training in an environment different from their home station. The F-22 is a highly maneuverable combat aircraft that can avoid enemy detection, cruise at supersonic speeds, and provide the joint force commander an unprecedented level of integrated situational awareness.
