6/13/2011 - ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- Airman 1st Class Kayla Miller, 96th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron intelligence mission planner, was awarded Andersen's Best here June 7.

Airman Miller helps build intelligence scenarios designed to see how the 96th EBS crews plan and execute their mission based on data provided. In addition to creating robust training scenarios and educating 55 aircrew members on enemy tactics, Airman Miller briefs senior staff on current intelligence and threat levels across the pacific.

"Airman Miller is a vital asset to providing intelligence and threat levels across the pacific to senior leadership and wing staff." said 1st Lt. Eric Hoffman, 96th EBS director of intelligence, "By providing in depth training scenarios, she has elevated intelligence training by 14 percent."

Andersen's Best is a recognition program which highlights a top performer from the 36th Wing. Each week, supervisors nominate a member of their team for outstanding performance and the wing commander presents the selected Airman with an award.
