U.S. Air Force Capt. Amy Jacobson, 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron flight nurse from Kadena Air Base, Japan, guides American and Australian aeromedical evacuation crewmembers and simulated patients into a C-130 Hercules at the flightline on Tinian, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Feb. 18, 2014, during a patient transport exercise as part of Exercise Cope North 2014. Australian and U.S. medical crews worked together as one team to move simulated patients from a site on Tinian onto a C-130 Hercules and provided medical care for the duration of the flight back to Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
