Guam honors Raider 21 aircrew with memorial
ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam - Madeleine Bordallo, Congressional Delegate of Guam; Joey Crisostomo, Armed Forces Committee chairman; Jim Adkins, vice civilian co-chair of the Andersen Advisory Council Executive Committee; Carmela Rapadas, 36th Wing protocol office; and First Lady Joann Camacho unveil a memorial at the Governor's Complex at Adelup Point in Hagatna, Guam, July 20.
